PDFArchive — Delivery Policy
All PDFArchive products are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped, and you'll receive your guide instantly online — there's nothing to wait for in the post.
How you receive your purchase:
Once your payment has been processed successfully, you'll receive your digital guide(s) in two places:
- A download link on the order confirmation page (immediately after checkout)
- A download link sent to the email address you provided at checkout (usually within minutes — please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it)
Format and access:
- All guides are delivered as PDF files, which open on virtually any device — Windows, Mac, iPhone, Android, tablet, or e-reader.
- You'll be able to download your guide multiple times, so you can save it on more than one device or re-download if needed.
- There is no expiry date on your download link as long as your account remains active. We recommend saving the file to your device immediately after purchase.
Delivery timing:
Digital delivery is instant. If for any reason you don't receive your download link within 30 minutes of purchase, please:
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder
- Confirm the email address on your order is correct
- Contact us at thepdfarchive@gmail.com with your order number — we'll resend your link within 24 hours
Lost your download link?
No problem — email us at thepdfarchive@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll resend it free of charge.
International customers:
Because all our products are digital, there are no shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes regardless of your country. Your guide is delivered electronically just as quickly to a customer in Australia as one in the UK.
