PDFArchive — Refund Policy

Last updated: 10/05/26

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on ThePDFArchive.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below. This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

Digital Products — All Sales Are Final

PDFArchive sells digital downloadable PDF guides. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the digital content has been downloaded or accessed.

When you complete a purchase, you receive immediate access to download the digital guide. By completing your purchase and proceeding to download or access the content, you:

1. Expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content;
2. Acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right to cancel under the **Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013**; and
3. Agree that no refund will be issued once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a refund in the following circumstances:

1. Faulty or Misdescribed Products
If the digital guide you receive is significantly different from its description on our website, or contains substantial errors that prevent you from using it as intended, you are entitled to a refund under the **Consumer Rights Act 2015**. Please contact us at thepdfarchive@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with details of the issue.

2. Technical Issues
If you are unable to download or access your purchased guide due to a technical fault on our end, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 days of your report, you may request a full refund.

3. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same guide twice, please contact us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate transaction.

4. Pre-Download Cancellation
If you have purchased a guide but have **not yet downloaded or accessed it**, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Once the download link has been clicked or the file has been accessed, this option is no longer available.

Your Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including:

- The Consumer Rights Act 2015, which protects you against faulty, misdescribed or substandard digital content;
- The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, subject to the express waiver above for digital downloads.

If you have a dispute that we cannot resolve, you may also have access to alternative dispute resolution services or the right to refer the matter to your local Trading Standards office.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a breach of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to:

- Provide evidence of your purchase, download activity, and prior communications to your bank in defence of any disputed chargeback;
- Permanently revoke access to all digital content purchased;
- Refuse future business.

We strongly encourage you to contact us first at thepdfarchive@gmail.com — most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
